Depend On The Lord

I believe the Lord is teaching us to DEPEND on Him for every little thing. Here in America, we are spoiled and do not know how to truly live each day by faith! Could you imagine not having ANY food in your home? We would have to pray, believe, trust and have faith that the Lord would provide that day. Could you imagine not having the pharmacy, hospital or a doctor to run to? All we would have is good old fashion prayer, believing, laying on of hands w/ anointing and trusting the Lord to touch and heal immediately! Could you imagine living in a community where there is constant war...with bullets and rockets flying everywhere? You would have to pray, believe, trust and depend on the Lord for your & family's protection! You would depend on him continually until you and your family made it back home!
We need to depend on God for everything! He is faithful, just, true and merciful! We are His children and He truly cares and loves us!
What does "depend" mean?? to rely; place trust   to rely for support, maintenance, help

Children depend on their parents for all their needs. We have a heavenly Father and we must depend on Him first. We need to pray and believe the Lord will provide our need FIRST.   We depend on your car to get you from point A to point B. We depend on your job to pay you. We depend on insurance, our family, friends, church, medicine....we depend on so much...but, are we depending on the Lord more and first? The Lord has told us to keep and put him first. I believe we need to get to the point where we depend on God for the very next breath we breathe in! If we think it's hard to live for God now...it's gonna be really hard to live for Him as time/days get harder! 

To have that kind of faith we could see miracle explode! I want to see miracles explode! I want to see the hands laid and the sick recover, devils cast out and dead raised from death!!
