in the midst of chaos...life goes on. When your world is turned upside down and you don't understand what is going on...life goes on. When you go through storms, trials and fire in our life...life goes on! It's still life! God never intended to beat us down during these seasons! He is trying to change US and to give God all the glory!! We are all born sinners and however long it takes us to give our hearts to him and begin that purging process is up to us. There is so much junk that gets built up in our hearts and minds and all that has to get burned out, purged out, scraped clean and washed away! This is why it's so important we be baptized in Jesus name for the washing away of our sins! We will never be perfect here in this life on earth, but the Lord will mature our spirits, behavior and our character. He will form us to be like Him, if that's our desire! Often times when we go through areas in our life and we don't understand and start feeling all those bad feelings it makes it rough! But, thank God, for all the trials and trouble in your life! They are there to teach us, train us, give us wisdom, strengthen our faith and to equip us to reach out to others! What better way is there to help someone, than to go through it yourself; to share your testimony! When we come through the fire; we can look back and see where God brought us out from! It may take awhile, but we will see the growth and changes in our hearts, minds and spirits! Life still goes on in the midst of adversity! The days still go by, God willing. The kids get older and before you know it; you are living life. It may not have been the way you wanted to. I look back and think, "I wish I would've have more joy and enjoyed life more!" God is teaching me to have joy in the midst of your trials! I'm not there yet, but I'm trying! I need the unction of the Holy Ghost to quicken me! I can't do it w/out Him and nobody can!! You may think you don't need God and that your life is good. You don't have any trouble. You don't need money, healing or anything, but that is where you are wrong and you need the truth! If you have it all; you need to sacrifice it all help win souls! The Devil doesn't want you to NEED, trust and depend on the Lord, so he will make some people's life's where the don't!
1 Peter 1:6-Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
1 Peter 5:10-But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 11To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
1 Peter 4:12-Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:13But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
The whole 1st book of Peter really coincides w/ my message!
Thank God for your trouble because He's not done w/ you yet! He hasn't given up on you! He is still perfecting a good work in you!!
