Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

Philippians 4:4
Rejoice in the Lord alway:
and again I say, Rejoice.
Even when it hurts to rejoice, rejoice. Even when you don't feel like rejoicing, rejoice.
Even when there is no reason to rejoice, rejoice. The Word tells us to.
