sometimes God makes us go through things the hard way, so we can better pray for people going through the same thing. If we have been there, we can apply what we learned and help someone else. It's always nice to be able to share what took you years to learn with someone and help them from that, if they are willing to take and receive your help. The bigger the mess; the bigger testimony!
Everything, I mean everything, we go through is a lesson to learn, knowledge to gain and to see God's hand. Often times we feel like it's the enemy attacking us and sometimes it's just God redirecting us! When things are going "against the grain" we feel uncomfortable!
If we have been filled with that precious gift of the Holy Ghost....we have that same power that rose Jesus from the dead! The same power that commands the dead to wake, lives in us!! The same power that moves mountains when we speak, lives in us! The same power that calms the raging seas, lives in US!! We have that power living within us and what are we doing with it!? Is it still alive in you or has it dried up!? We can do something! We must do something! Jesus is coming back SOON! There is much work to be done and God wants to use us! I want to be used for His glory! I want to help be a soul winner and that's all that it takes is a few hungry, desperate and eager servants to witness and spread the truth for Jesus! I won't let someone tell me to just pray about it and let God do it all. That power is in me and I'm going to do my part! I can lay hands on someone and they be healed, delivered, devils be cast out and raise the dead!! The devil wants people to think that...just let God do it all. There is such a strong deception on this earth! We must ever be alert, ready and prayed up at all times! I am preaching to me here!!! It's time we believe what the Word says and apply it! I think many "Christians" know the stories and God's promises, but often times dismiss it. God is still pouring out His spirit today! God is still the great physician today! God is still raising people from the dead! God is still setting people free!!
I want to be all that I can for the Lord. I want to be all that I can for my husband, children, family, friends and my church! It's a constant work at progress. We must always be striving to do better and more. We must always stay humble and constant in season and out of season. The Lord has shown me so much over the years and I'm so grateful! We must have that fire and drive within us to do whatever it takes in prayer, bible studies, fasting, witnessing....whatever it takes to help rake in souls!
It's so easy to get disappointed and overwhelmed. I often times have to remind myself scriptures. The devil is out for our souls!!! We can't let up!! If the devil is fighting you, that's because he knows his time is almost up!! Jesus has already won the victory and whoever chooses to obey His Word will benefit the reward = heaven.
Every since I was a little girl I have always had Godly fear! No matter how bad I messed up growing up, I always had conviction! I'm so grateful for God's mercy and what He has done in my life and He's not done with me yet!!! I can remember so well my parents having prayer meetings at our house. I can remember hearing them talk about the rapture and the mark of the beast and I would run, hide and cover my ears! I'm so glad I heard them!!! It stuck w/ me!!! I knew then there was a hell and I didn't want to go there!! Jesus died for me and I want to meet Him and go live with Him for eternity!!!

I often times ask the Lord what it is I am to do for Him and until He shows me I can be a prayer warrior and intercede on behalf on those prayer requests! I know how special and important it is to know that a brother or sister is truly on their knees and have prayed, fasted and cried out to the Lord for me and I'm going to do it too! He hears our prayers!! He answers our prayers! We must know that!!
I think we must also get to the point where there is no more holding back! I don't care what people think about me!! I don't care what people say about me!! Jesus was persecuted and hated, so will we be! I don't care if you don't want to worship; I'm not gonna let a rock take my place!! Luke 19:40. I don't care if it offends you or not; it's the truth-scripture! I didn't write it! I didn't change it!! It's always been! Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever!! Hebrews 13:8 We are going to have to stand for what is right! We cant' let "Christians" become the minority!! We will not be overtaken, we will not be overcome!!!
Keep praying, knowing and believing that even your Father in Heaven knows, sees and hears and knows better what we are in need of. It's time to crucify the flesh. It's time to stop sinning. It's time to say "now is the time to get in church." Now is the time to commit ourselves to the Lord!
