The Appointed Mama: Harden Not Your Hearts You Stiff Necked People!

Last night we had revival! Whoa! It was good and touched me! I love it when the Lord will use a man of God to minister to us! He always knows what we are in need of and when we need it! He is an on time God and He truly cares about every little thing that concerns us! He loves us more than we love our own children! We are His children! Can you imagine that!? He loves you more that your parents do!? And, we are to love Him more than them...more than ANYTHING!! We live in a world where they love money, sex, drugs...all about pleasure of the flesh! I used to live that way!!

Anyways...I was thinking this morning. Some people do not respond to the Holy Spirit and it saddens me!!

Hebrews 3:8

They shall not enter into His rest!!!?

I was reminded of a scripture and it encouraged me to pray harder! Do not stiffen your hearts you stiff necked people!!! Ohhhh....is this ever dangerous! Even much more so...when we do not feel or care about His conviction any longer. They both go together...when you keep putting off the conviction you will get a hard heart! OUCH! Mercy, Lord! I know we are living in a day that is very crucial and critical for our souls and salvation to be right and just! Not only do we become hard hearted, but we also are quenching the Spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:19) each time we do not respond to Him!! Ephesians 4:30 says, do not grieve the Holy Spirit! This grieves Jesus' heart when we do not respond to Him! When the Word goes forth and we know that is was for us...when we know that is has pricked our heart, it does grieve His heart when we do not respond! The Word was meant for us to respond and when we don't; it's like turning down the Holy Spirit! I don't know about you, but I don't want to grieve my Lord's heart anymore than I have in my life! I want to please Him the best I can! I want to be obedient and reap what He has for me! It grieves me because I want everyone, especially those closest to me to receive it too!! Let this be a burden to pray for them more..w/ anguish!!
