Kiddos Bdays

Happy Birthday to my kiddos...birthday party was July 28. We had a wonderful party at a church close to our home. It was a great place-Holland United Methodist Church. Here are some pics from their party! We have one big party for all 4. I try to make it 2 weeks after the girls, July 7, and 2 weeks before the boys', Aug 5. We tried to have a Sesame Street themed party. I didn't really want to spend a fortune on decorations, so we kinda did our own. We colored coloring pages of the characters and I taped them up on a ribbon...it was a good idea!! ;)

the after party...all ready for bed! ;) It was a pretty stressful day for the parents, but it was a wonderful birthday party! We had hamburgers, hot dogs, lil smokies, potato salad, chips, veggie tray, watermelon, I made these little jello cups w/ pudding and gummy bears on top...pics are else where! :/ and candy! They ended up w/ clothes, shoes, swing set, new twin beds, books, pj's, coloring pages/boards-the huge ones, girls got cameras, boys got cars, airplanes...they all did really well. After we ate, we gave the kiddos the big cupcakes for the cake to dig into...I have pics else where also! ;/ Anyways, I forgot to add eggs to waylans green cupcake...so, it didn't look real prettty! When we brought them out...Waylan freaked out and wouldn't hardly touch his green cupcake!!! LOL We think he doesn't like green cupcakes!! They ate, got their presents and cake, visited w/ family and then they went out and played at a pretty big play area! They had a blast!!! Maddy had so much sand in her hair when we got home...Daddy had lots of fun getting that out!! We were all exhausted!! I'm glad they all got to have a nice big party. When I was a little kid, that's all I wanted was to have a big party, and don't remember ever having one...so, you make up w/ your own kids, right??
Happy 2 and 3rd bday's kiddos!! Life has definitely interesting w/ all you kiddos and I love it! I wouldn't trade one day, not one sleepless night...one poopy diaper. I look back now and wonder how we even did it, but we did!! I give all the props to my Jesus! Without him, I can do nothing and I def. wouldn't have any sanity left...if Ido...j/k.
