Kiddos Update

So......the girls will be 2 on Thursday! This just can't even be possible! :(  The boys will be 1 in a month and 4 days!! Stab me in the heart already! Oh, I guess, it's bittersweet. It's not like there is anything I can do about it! lol I've been trying to just take it one day at a time and cherish the days, memories and moments. It's just hard to face the fact that your babies aren't little babies anymore. They are growing up. ;( I'm very proud of them though! They are all healthy and smart!

The girls: are definitely starting into that 'terrible two' stage. haha They aren't too bad though. Just little temper tantrum's when they don't get their way. I haven't begun potty training yet and I know I should be. I'm just dreading it very badly. They are sleeping all night in their big girl bed (queen size mattress!) I'm trying real hard to get Maddy to gain some weight! She is so tiny yet. Last weight check I think she was only like 21lbs. We go again here in a couple weeks. Addy is starting to BITE! Today I went up to check on them for nap time and Maddy was crying; trying to get her pillow and go to sleep and Addy was bothering her. I laid down with Addy and I look over at Maddy and she has 2 bite marks on her little arm! Mercy, help me, Lord! She better not let me catch her do it, is all I have to say! Maddy has had a little trouble with her ears. We got them checked like last week and she was fine. But, then this week she has been kinda fussy, runny nose, sneezing, rubbing ears a little, no fever though. I'm hoping it's just allergies or her teeth, she's cutting in both bottom incisors. They are talking more. They know where almost all their body parts are and follow all sorts of commands (sounds like a dog! LOL.) They are coming along great! A typical 2 year old I would say! A little under weight, but hey, I'm not complaining!
The boys: are finally sleeping all night, praise God. We moved them downstairs into the play room in play yards. I guess, I should have done this months ago! Only one more month of formula and bottles! They do ok on sippies, but it's definitely going to be an adjustment. Waylan especially, because he is a bottle/Mama baby! He gets up once a night every few days, but that's ok. They take good naps during the day and a little cat nap in the evening sometimes. They go to bed really easy, usually. They just lay right down and go to sleep. Viola! I sure hope it stays this way. Waylan started walking this week....officially. He's been practicing since he was 10 months! Wyatt walks good holding on to furniture or something, but not really trying to walk alone yet. Waylan is so rough! He is right up there w/ the girls! He tries to push them down and grabbing toys out of their hand. It's no wonder he ends up w/ bruises from playing!
