My Girls

It seems like I can't keep up with this blog thing! I really do want to get into it! So, I guess, I will just use this blog as an update for my children....  So, Addy and Maddy are nearly 22 months (yes, I still use months!). They will be 2 years old July 7th. I absolutely love watching them learn, grow, adventure, discover and explore around! Maddy has 12 teeth and Addy has 11. Maddy is talking pretty good. Steven, Daddy, swore last night she said, "that puppy is so cute!" Addy isn't really talking that well yet. She follows directions and knows exactly what I'm talking about though. Her mouth just isn't forming words yet. I will tell Dr. Flamion about it at our 2 year appt. She still does walk a little bow-legged, so I will tell him about that too. They both have some allergies....Addy has skin allergic reactions to: raw apples and pickles. Maddy has skin allergies to: raw apples, pickles and as of last night, now Ranch! Really, Ranch!? Who knows! Will Dr. about it soon too. I'm really not going to give them PB now! :( They are sleeping all night and have been since like 4 months, Thank You, Jesus! They haven't been wanting to take their naps, so times are changing!  We are about to convert from cribs to 1 queen size mattress for the both of them! I am so excited to do this! Well, I'm nervous too! Eventually, I'm going to move the boys in there too! HAHA That will be fun, right!? Kind of don't have a choice and they've got to get out of our room already! The girls love going for stroller rides, playing outside, reading, playing w/ bubbies, playing at the park....starting to like the slide. They love to swing! They love their little bubbies! They have been so nurturing to them! They try to burp them, pat their butts, feed them, play! It's so amazing and melts my heart! They all 4 go and play in their play room and they are as happy as could be! :)  Happy kids = Happy Momma!~  Really, they are just typical toddlers. We will start potty training soon.....kind of just waiting for their que and they are getting close! They are such good girls and I'm so proud of them. They are pretty much opposites! Maddy is kind of shy and Addy is a clown!! Addy is a little character! She makes some faces now, I tell ya! Maddy has this real cute smile/laugh where she tilts her head up, squints her nose and grins real big w/ a little chuckle-love it! They are definitely becoming more independent and having their little temper tantrums and that is to be expected and makes it so much fun!!! :) Addy loves bananas! Maddy is a picky eater! They are still in size 3 diapers. Addy was weighing around 22 lbs and Maddy was at 20 lbs. And they were at 30 5/8 and 30 7/8" tall! I will try and update w/ their next appt!
